Morrison Geothermal has been drilling for commercial geothermal sites since 1996 in 6 states including Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, and West Virginia. We own 7 drill rigs and have drilled commercial sites from 3 holes to over 450 holes.
As leaders in the Northeast with geothermal drillling, we have held seminars on geothermal for electric utilities, educational facilities, architects, engineers, and the International Ground-Source Heat Pump Association (IGSHPA.) We also conduct thermal conductivity tests that are used to do the final design for the geothermal loop fields. We have also helped many of the engineers with design and layout help for the fields. These geothermal loop fields can have from 70 to 90 miles of pipe buried in the ground.
The whole process from drilling and grouting, to manifolding is crucial to the performance of your geothermal system. You can trust Morrison Geothermal to ensure that these elements are done correctly and quickly.
Please visit the Projects page to see a list of some of the projects completed by Morrison Geothermal.
According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), geothermal systems are, “the most energy-efficient, environmentally clean, and cost-effective space conditioning systems available today.”
